Delivery Times
Ever so often, the estimated dispatch time frame for any of our products may exceed our expected delivery window for reasons outside of our control. We are dedicated to process all orders in a quick and timely manner, however if we anticipate any delays, our customers will be informed.
Delivery Fees
We offer local delivery services to Sydney Metro, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, NSW Southern Highlands & Wollongong.
We are more than happy to arrange delivery for customers located outside of these areas. Please contact us to receive a delivery quote.

Installation
Orders will not be installed at the time of delivery by our couriers. Deliveries will be left in a safe place by the driveway or garage of your premises.
Pick Up
All of our products are available for pickup at our showroom. Please contact us for more information regarding pick up organisation and times.
Returns
Change of mind returns
Here at Gardens of Marseille, we are confident you’ll love our vast range of garden ornaments. However, customers are welcome to take advantage of our returns policy if dissatisfied with their order for any reason. If you change your mind, you may return the product to us within 30 days from the date you received your order, and we will issue you with a store credit. This will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
It is the customer's responsibility to finance the shipping costs for a change of mind return, regardless of any free, discounted or other type of shipping offers that may have been applicable at the time of your order.
For eligibility of returns, the product must be unused and in ‘as-new’ conditions, packaged securely in its original packaging. This means the product has not been assembled, damaged, or utilised in any form.
Any product from our Australian Handmade Range cannot be returned due to a change of mind. These items are made to order, subsequently all customised goods are non-refundable.
Wrong Product Delivered
On rare occasions, we may accidentally ship the incorrect product to you. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will be sure to deliver your correct order, and arrange for the pickup and return of the incorrectly shipped product at zero cost.
Faults and Damages
If you receive a product that is significantly damaged, please take photos and videos clearly indicating the faults, and contact us as soon as possible. Following this procedure is also necessary if you have any missing parts to your order, or your product has been defected during manufacturing.
